Our Guarantee is simple!

Our Guarantee is a Service Guarantee. We guarantee the following:

1. We will provide you a Toll Free Number that is answered by a Call Center 24/7. The Call Center will provide your prospects with your Perfect Wealth Formula website address and other information about you and will obtain the prospects information.
2. We will provide you with Perfect Wealth Formula Targeted Lead Vendors and a Contact Manager Back Office for you to use.
3. We will provide a Lead Capture System and Orphaned Lead Program for Monthly Subscribers ONLY.
4. We will call your prospects for you and call them up to three times IF NEEDED. We can NOT guarantee your prospects will buy. They must either Call Us or fill out a Call Back Request, and your Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center Professional Closers will make a presentation for You and attempt to close the sale for you.
5. We do not offer any promises of financial gains by using our services. Note: ALL Marketing services are a financial risk. This includes Newspaper, Television, Magazine Advertisements, etc. Our marketing services are no different.
6. Once you have obtained all of the services listed we have fulfilled our obligations.
7. All sales are final upon delivery of your Toll Free Number, Back Office Contact Manager, User Name, Password and Prospect System.

Disclaimer & TOS

If you wish to use Perfect Wealth Sales Center or any of its subsidiaries, in any way, you must agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. This Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Perfect Wealth Sales Center, and you, as a Affiliate ("You" or "Benefactored" "Enrollee" "Recruit" "Distributor" "Customer”).

Relationship of Parties
You and we are independent consultants, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties unless otherwise agreed upon. You must be at least 18 years of age and accept the risk that any business endeavor presents and you must do your own due diligence about the Sales Center Program and accept all risk of doing business with the Perfect Wealth Sales Center. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Agreement.

Note: The PerfectWealthSalesCenter.com is not owned, managed or directed by the Perfect Wealth Formula.com.

Limited License
The Perfect Wealth Sales Center, grants to You a personal, nonsublicensable, nonexclusive license to participate in the Sales Assistant and Call Center Services, You will have access to information, communications, software, photos, text, video, graphics, music, sounds, images and other material and services posted by the Perfect Wealth Sales Center.

The Perfect Wealth Sales Center grants to You a personal, nonsublicensable, nonexclusive agreement to use that Content from the site for individual personal use ONLY.

All other use of the Content, including but not limited to, modification, publication, transmission, participation in the transfer or sale of, reproduction, creation of derivative works from, distribution, performance, display, incorporation into another Web site, mirroring the Service, or in any other way exploiting any of the Content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without first obtaining Perfect Wealth Sales Center’s consent.

Marketing tools, docs, etc. are protected by copyright laws. All use of them is for internal use only. Using outside of our systems is against the law and will be reviewed by legal consul for possible legal action.

The Service
All services provided by Perfect Wealth Sales Center may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission or storage of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene or material protected by trade secret and other statue.

In consideration of your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Perfect Wealth Sales Center agrees to provide offers of home-based businesses to You. Use of the offers constitutes Your agreement with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You shall not rent, sell, lease or otherwise transfer the Products of the offers and You will not utilize the Products in a manner that violates applicable laws of Your jurisdiction. You do not work for, and do not constitute, a government agency or body.

Perfect Wealth Sales Center reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time. Notification of the changes in the Products or this Agreement will be posted on the Internet by updating this area, or sent via email or postal mail.

Perfect Wealth Sales Center may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the agreement at any time, including the availability of any Product feature, database, pay out amounts, fees, products offered or content.

If these operating guidelines or any future changes are not acceptable to you or cause you no longer to be in compliance with this agreement and you do not wish to comply, your only option is to cancel your Affiliateship by sending an email to sales@PerfectWealthSalesCenter.com

Your continued use of the Products now, or following the posting of notice of any changes in these operating rules, will constitute a binding acceptance by You of such rules, changes or modifications.

Your rights to use the products are subject to any limits established by Perfect Wealth Sales Center in its sole discretion.

To become a Affiliate so you can use the products, you must register by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the Signup Form. You will also choose a password. You shall provide the Perfect Wealth Sales Center with accurate, complete and updated registration information. You shall not knowingly provide inaccurate information with the intent to create a false identity. The Perfect Wealth Sales Center will retain the right to dismiss any Affiliate with or without cause.

You also agree not to provide false or misleading information in the back office, your software or your web site. This includes, but is not limited to, providing false email address in FROM: field on outgoing emails.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to provide false or misleading information on the Product form. This includes, but is not limited to, providing false name or email address.

You agree to notify Perfect Wealth Sales Center immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You agree that Perfect Wealth Sales Center is the contact entity of the Services but has no responsibility or liability in relation to the business opportunities that You represent as part of Your use of the products.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Perfect Wealth Sales Center and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, “Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center") from and against any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries or expenses (including attorneys' fees) directly or indirectly arising from or relating to Your use of the Products and any dispute relating thereto.

You agree that Perfect Wealth Sales Center may rely on any data, notice, instruction or request furnished to Perfect Wealth Sales Center by You which is reasonably believed by Perfect Wealth Sales Center to be genuine and to have been sent or presented by a person reasonably believed by Perfect Wealth Sales Center to be authorized to act on Your behalf.

You shall notify Perfect Wealth Sales Center at sales@PerfectWealthSalesCenter.com of any known or suspected unauthorized uses of Your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of Your password. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your password and you are responsible for all usage and activity on Your account, including use of the account by a third party authorized by You to use Your account.

Any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination by Perfect Wealth Sales Center and referral to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

You acknowledge and agree that You will promptly notify Perfect Wealth Sales Center if You are aware of any person who, in your good faith opinion, is or is intending to take unfair advantage of the Products provided by Perfect Wealth Sales Center.

Perfect Wealth Sales Center reserves the right to send email to You for the purposes of informing You of applicable Offers, Changes or Additions to the Products or any related products and services.

Privacy
It is Perfect Wealth Sales Center's policy to respect the privacy of its subscribers. Perfect Wealth Sales Center will not monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about you or your account, including its contents, without your prior permission unless Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

1. conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process;
2. protect and defend the rights or property of Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center;
3. enforce its Products;
4. Agreement or protect Perfect Wealth Sales Center's business or reputation, including without limitation upon termination, cancellation or suspension of this Agreement by Perfect Wealth Sales Center;
5. respond to request for identification in connection with claim of copyright or trademark infringement by you or a claim by a third party that you are using the Service in connection with an infringing, illegal or improper activity; or
6. act to protect the interests of its Affiliates, Affiliates, Distributors, Agents or others. Perfect Wealth Sales Center transmits your name and/or email address with each message that you send. For more information, see our PRIVACY POLICY. You agree that Perfect Wealth Sales Center may access your account, including its contents, as stated above or to respond to service or technical issues.

Cancellation
You may cancel service at any time by sending an email to support@PerfectWealthSalesCenter.com

Upon termination, Your access to any and all Services will be suspended. You are responsible for all actions and charges incurred up to the time that the account is deactivated. Affiliate, Affiliate, Distributor or Agent site name and password must be included in the cancellation request. Cancellation will take effect only when the receipt of the cancellation request is confirmed by Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center.

You agree that Perfect Wealth Sales Center has the right to retain or delete all data, files or other information that is stored in the Affiliate, Affiliate, Distributor or Agent's account if the account is terminated, for any reason, by either Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center or the Affiliate, Affiliate, Distributor or Agent.

All cancellations made after your product has been delivered or partially delivered will take affect the next billing cycle.

Termination
The Perfect Wealth Sales Center may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend Your access to all or part of the Products offered for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this Agreement or assignment of this Agreement by You.

Upon termination, You shall no longer be entitled to use the Products offered through the sites, contacts, partnerships, vendors, Affiliateships, etc., and the Affiliateships granted hereunder shall terminate and You shall immediately return or destroy all Proprietary Information, but the terms of this Agreement will otherwise remain in effect. A contract between You and Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center shall remain in effect for a period of six (6) months as a non-compete clause which includes but not limited to having no contact with Perfect Wealth Sales Center customers to include vendors' contact nor venture partnership customers for the purpose of offering to the customers other business ventures of the same nature being offered by Perfect Wealth Sales Center, its subsidiaries, venture partnerships, vendors or customers.

Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liabilities, Indemnification
Perfect Wealth Sales Center does NOT warrant that the Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center web site and related web sites and/or services will be error free or uninterrupted and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

The Perfect Wealth Sales Center web site and services are distributed on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Perfect Wealth Sales Center will not be responsible for ANY losses, damages or costs that you and/or your business may suffer when using the Perfect Wealth Sales Center web sites and related web sites and/or services. You expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perfect Wealth Sales Center from ANY claims resulting from your use of the Perfect Wealth Sales Center web sites and related web sites and/or services, products or the likes thereof. You expressly agree that use of the Perfect Wealth Sales Center web sites and related web sites and/or services is at Your sole risk and You understand such risks are an inherent part of business.

You expressly agree that neither Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center nor its service providers, affiliates, licensors, employees and/or contractors shall have ANY liability for ANY damages suffered by You, Your business or ANY other 3rd party as a result of the use or misuse of the web sites and related web sites and/or services.

Perfect Wealth Sales Center and all its subsidiaries does not guarantee the success of any customer nor make claims to any customers’ compensation. Customers will be responsible for obeying all federal, state and local laws governing the Independent Consultant regarding taxes, etc. Customers who participate within the guidelines of the Perfect Wealth Formula compensation plan agree to be totally responsible for all monies received and will hold harmless Perfect Wealth Sales Center and all its subsidiaries in the event of the customer not earning compensation due to inferior performance for compensation earnings.

Refunds
Refund requests although rare may arise from any unforeseen circumstances. For this reason we have included the following refund terms:

We document every phase of our campaigns for you and for our protection. This includes all toll free numbers provided, all call center services provided, all prospects provided, all calls made from our telemarketing centers for you (both inbound and out bound calls), all username and passwords provided, all emails and chat conversations made to your prospects, all written email and chat conversations made with you etc.

For this reason we may ask you from time to time to send us an email for any type of campaign changes you may request or other agreements we may obtain together including a refund request if needed.

The services provided to you on this web site are extremely labor intensive and labor is not a tangible item that can be returned. Please understand the refund terms before you purchase.

You may request a full refund of your product fees less the credit card, funding fees charged by various merchants paid out, admin fees and web maintenance expenses (typically 20%) with-in 3 business days through Perfect Wealth Sales Center.

Partial refunds can be made after purchase but must be less paid expenses. Partial refunds will be processed on the date of request and paid within 30 days to your credit card or to you using the same method you used to pay for the Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center product line. The fees/expenses listed are paid out to the appropriate recipients and can not/will not be refunded.

Basically once we have started to work for you and if you request a refund a refund will be granted minus all expenses made. This includes all leads purchased, toll free numbers, call center services, tele-marketing labor, admin fees etc.

Do not obtain our services if you tend to charge back. Please study the web site or ask any additional questions before you purchase.

ANY CREDIT CARD CHARGE BACKS made by customers who did not abide to all of the Refund Terms in the Terms of Services will be prosecuted via small claims court in the State of Maryland.

Responsibility of Content
Perfect Wealth Sales Center exercises no control whatsoever over the content, information and data passing through its Service (including but not limited) to the Software, World Wide Web domains Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center, etc. and Internet servers.

Affiliates’ business opportunity links in the Products lead to sites maintained by individuals or organizations other than Perfect Wealth Sales Center over whom Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center has no control.

Perfect Wealth Sales Center provides these links for their prospective customers, and the inclusion of any link on the Products' sites does not imply any endorsement by Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center of the linked sites, their content or owners.

Perfect Wealth Sales Center makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through the Products. When you access a non-Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center web site, please understand that it is independent from Perfect Wealth Sales Center, and that Perfect Wealth Sales Center has no control over the content on that web site.

In addition, a link to a non-Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center web site does not mean that Perfect Wealth Sales Center endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or the use of such web site.

Nonassignability
None of the terms, conditions or obligations under this agreement are assignable or transferable by You, and any such attempted assignment or transfer shall be void and without effect.

System accounts can not be transferred or used by anyone other than the assigned Affiliate. Accounts which have been transferred to other parties, or show other activity in violation of this paragraph, are subject to immediate cancellation.

You are not allowed to let others access and use the Programs, nor make your password visible to others. You may not attempt to find out the password of another user of the Service.

Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at ANY time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, referral fee schedules, payment procedures, adjust payment out amounts and Service rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, or If you are dissatisfied with the Service or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines or practices Perfect Wealth Sales Center in operating the Service, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement by canceling your relationship with Perfect Wealth Sales Center. Your continued participation in the Services following our posting of a change notice or a new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable hereunder by reason of any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder on account of strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storm, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental action labor conditions, earthquakes or any other cause which is beyond the reasonable control of such party.

Arbitration
Any dispute relating in any way to this Agreement (including any actual or alleged breach hereof), any transactions or activities under this Agreement or your relationship with us or any of our Affiliates, Affiliates, Distributors or Agents shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the State of Maryland, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Maryland (and you consent to non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts) or any other court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Maryland, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

Perfect Wealth Sales Center Copyrights
Any and all content on the Perfect Wealth Sales Center site and related sites, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, picture images, audio files, video files, multi-media, music, sound, intellectual property and software is the property of Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. No part of the web site or related web sites may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means without written permission from Perfect Wealth Sales Center.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Perfect Wealth Formula Sales Center and You pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and any and all written or oral agreements heretofore existing between the parties hereto are expressly cancelled. Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties hereto. Should any provision of this agreement be held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court law, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain unaffected thereby unless otherwise stated.

These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted. Use of Perfect Wealth Sales Center’s service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

By noting "I AGREE" and inputting your signature of the purchase process, You indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. If You do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you will not be able to subscribe for your services, become an Affiliate, Affiliate, Distributor or Agent of Perfect Wealth Sales Center or any of their subsidiaries.
